A bold project that opened up the opportunity for ten young people to shadow the board of directors of the largest bank in the country.

Although young people make up 30% of the Czech population, their voices are still not heard enough. They are missing from leadership positions in companies and institutions. Surprisingly, the oldest bank in the country decided to change that. Česká spořitelna introduced the Future Mindset Board, where six people under 30 will help shape its strategy for the next few years.
